The October issue of NWTRCC’s newsletter is out, with articles on such subjects as:

• innovations in the tax resistance movement in Spain
• frivolous filing penalties, and IRS seizures of on-line accounts like PayPal
• another perspective on the payroll tax

There’s a pretty good English-language documentary film that covers some of the innovative counter-economic projects emerging in Spain that the folks in the “Comprehensive Disobedience” project are trying to coordinate and redirect their taxes to.
