• NWTRCC is holding an on-line gathering, celebrating its 40^th year as an organization. The gathering will be held on November 4^th and 5^th. • The percentage of U.S. tax-filers who pay no federal income tax at all jumped during the pandemic to nearly 60%, but, according to the Tax Policy Center, the numbers are expected to drop this year back to the pre-pandemic level of about 40%.
