You stimulate the opposition to react so that it overpowers itself, becomes
its own enemy, and you escape in the process. It's the same technique we
used in Chicago during the demonstrations. And it's true that I've
studied the technique. You have to learn to communicate. You study your
environment - in this case, the electronic jungle of the United States -
just the way a Latin-American revolutionary studies the back streets of
Buenos Aires or a Vietnamese studies the jungles of Indochina. You learn
your terrain and how to use it.
